Legal Notice

The Lozano Observatory was established in 2007 by Robert and Lynn Lozano and is privately owned and operated and is for the enjoyment and benefit of our family and friends.  As of 2026, Lynn and I are in the process of constructing our new site 18 miles outside of Junction, Texas.  We offer very limited public access by contacting Robert at lozanoobservatory@gmail.com.  Access is limited due to the site's location, our dedication to astrophotography and liability insurance.  Starting in 2027 I will try to host small, informal viewing sessions twice per year at a date to be determined.  

No images on this site may be copied, printed or displayed without the prominant citiation of Robert Lozano Sr.  No images on our site may be produced for sale by any individual, corporation, government or non-profit organization.
